Mr C.S.Balaji - Founder & Director

Mr.C.S.Balaji is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with post-graduation in MBA (Marketing) with more than 30+ years of professional experience and a proven track record in handling Renewable Energy &Energy Conservation projects.

 

Mr.C.S.Balaji’s expertise and experience in renewable sector includes Business development, Asset management, Green power trading, Handling high value Wind &Solar projects of 300+MW capacity. He also has the experience of managing operational 1000+MW Wind Power Project asset to his credit.

Mr.C.S.Balaji also served in Wind OEMS of repute like Suzlon and has more than 15+ years of experience in handling wind & solar power projects.

Mr.C.S.Balaji has rich experience in the following :

  • Project conceptualisation
  • Techno-Economic Feasibility study of Renewable Power Projects
  • Sensitivity analysis of Renewable Power Projects

Mr. Kalaivendhan : Director-Technical

Mr.K.Kalaivendan is a graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and carry with him more than 36+ Years of qualitative experience in in Petrochemical , Fertilizer and Renewable Energy Industries . He has 17+ years of hands on experience in Renewable Energy industry more particularly in Wind Resource Assessment , Site identification , Selection of Wind Turbines , Micrositing , Design and Construction of Power evacuation systems , Erection , Testing and commissioning of Wind Projects  and Solar projects .

Mr.Kalaivendan associated with leading OEMs in Wind Industry in India . He served Vestas ( India ) as Director ( Project development ) ,   Regen Powertech as Vice President ( Projects ) , Leitner Shriram Group as Senior Vice president ( Projects ) and Kshema Power and Infrastructure company as Chief Development

To his credit Mr.Kalaivendan has lead team of professionals in establishing  more than 4000 MW of green field Wind Power projects and about  400 MW of solar power projects for various customers

  • Design, detailed engineering to arrive the Bill of Materials (BOM) with all the technical specifications incl.of Foundation .
  • Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) -Design, Detailed engineering, equipment specification, procurement assistance, vendor drawing review
  • Design , Procurement, Construction Management of Wind Power Projects inclusive of Turbine erection ,Pooling Sub-Stations, EHV Transmission Line
